Graduate student Bürge Abiral has received the National Science Foundation Cultural Anthropology Program Doctoral Dissertation Research Improvement Grant to conduct the project titled “Networks, Decision Models, and Moral Economies in Ecological Agriculture” under the supervision of  Anand Pandian. The research will take place in Turkey, where Abiral will study nascent ecological agricultural networks through multi-sited ethnographic fieldwork (2018-2019).
