Accepting Applications for Assistant Professor

The Department of Anthropology invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track position in cultural anthropology to begin in Fall 2017. Applicants should be prepared to teach at both undergraduate and graduate levels, to contribute to departmental development, and to collaborate with interdisciplinary programs within and across the Johns Hopkins University. Applications are due September 30, 2016.

You Are Hear, a small-scale exhibit displayed on the Q-Level of MSE, is an homage to Hopkins and its surroundings. The student curators first developed the idea of an absorbing soundscape in April 2015 as students in Anand Pandian's course "Ecological Anthropology."
