WGS organizes an interdepartmental workshop for students writing their dissertation. The group meets twice a month to discuss works in progress. An organizational meeting will be held at the start of each semester, and an announcement will be made concerning the schedule.
WGS Graduate Student Workshop
Recipients of WGS Summer Research Grants/Fellowships share the results of their research in a supportive critical environment. Students are asked to prepare a paper to be distributed to fellow grant recipients, and the faculty comprising the WGS Board of Directors. The day of the workshop is spent in critical engagement with the work presented by the students. The workshop offers students the opportunity to discuss their ideas with the faculty and students involved in the Program for Study of Women, Gender, and Sexuality. An organizational meeting is held each fall, the meeting convenes the following spring semester. Please contact Aaron Goodfellow at 410-516-5482 for submission and other details.
